The Lord is my Sheperd

Last Saturday, I went with my mom in Philippine General Hospital for blood donation preparation for my Mom’s operation on July, but I failed the blood test because I have low hemoglobin. I wondered why I have been feeling tired — like I want to flop down in my bed.

I suffered from Anemia during my final thesis in college. I was only sleeping for 4 hours in 1 month. I woke up at 8am and go to sleep at 4am. I was studying JAVA programming language for my thesis then.

Now, I’ve sleeping as early as 10pm or 9pm… or as earliest as 8pm and looked like I’m back for being anemic. All I want is to donate blood for my mom’s operation. The result affected me and my mom as well. She was telling me that I don’t sleep early (duh! 10pm is early)

But instead of going downhill, I wrote this in the paper and “fake” calligraphy it using Titus pen, Dong-A My Gel Pen, and Monami Pen-S. I know that God will be there for me and who will be there in my journey.

The Lord Is My Shepherd

A Psalm of David.

23 The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want.
    He makes me lie down in green pastures.
He leads me beside still waters.a]
    He restores my soul.
He leads me in paths of righteousnessb]
    for his name’s sake.

Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,c]
    I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
    your rod and your staff,
    they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me
    in the presence of my enemies;
you anoint my head with oil;
    my cup overflows.
Surelyd] goodness and mercye] shall follow me
    all the days of my life,
and I shall dwellf] in the house of the Lord
